Danielle is the best real estate agent I have met! I have been struggling to find a perfect property for myself for a couple of months with no luck, until I turned to her for help. She listened to me with the greatest patience that the no other real estate agent has, and quickly provided me options based on my need. We only went for three afternoons and found my current house that’s not only within my budegt, meets all of my requirements, but even has more than what I originally asked for. She was also extremely professional and smart during negotiation and entire escrow process and helped solve all the issues popping up too. This was my first home purchase and thanks to her, the entire process was smooth and just perfect. I was hesitant writing this review for Danielle Jin because she had such a significant impact on my life. I worry about my writing skill isn’t going to do her justice and express my appreciation and gratitude in the best possible way.

My situation was a bit unique. Back in 2021, I was in the middle of a life crisis and wanting to sell my old house and buy a new one. It was a big move in life, and I did not want to just pick anyone. I am lucky enough to meet Danielle through a friend’s get together.

From our first interaction, Danielle impressed me with her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise in the housing market. She was patient and attentive to my needs, and never once did I feel like I was being pressured or rushed. She knew how important it was to me to sell my old home quickly and for a good price, so she took it upon herself to make sure that every detail was perfect. She offered helpful advice on staging, decorations, and even landscaping, all of which helped to make my home look its absolute best. Despite the house was near the freeway with loud noise, thanks to Danielle’s efforts, it was sold quickly and for a great price, which allowed me to move forward with buying my new home.  I was so grateful for her dedication and hard work, and no one would have done it better.

Aside from her dedications, Danielle’s communication skills were outstanding. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and kept me up to date on every step of the home selling and buying process.
